How can I earn money with Fortun500?
Trading Forex and CFDs involves risk, just like with any investment. Please go ahead and read our risk warning here. The information contained in our website and throughout our disclosure documents is of a general nature only, and does not take into account your personal circumstances, financial situation or needs. If you're looking to make easy money, then trading Forex isn't for you. Please go ahead and read through our Client Agreement carefully. As we say to all our traders, please go and seek independent advice before deciding whether trading Forex and CFDs is suitable for you.
How do I start trading Forex and CFDs?
If you've already got yourself a Fortun500 trading account, you'll need to make sure you have equity in your account. This means that you have funds in which to trade with, unless you're looking to trade with a demo account. Before you can fund your account, you're going to have to provide all the KYC (Know Your Client) documentation and have your trading account approved by our Back Office Team. Once you have an approved Fortun500 trading account which has funds in it, you can start trading via the Fortun500 trading platform.
I've got no experience. Can I start trading?
Yes you can, although we do advise that you first try trading on our demo accounts. If you're eager to get started, we also advise you to check out our Education Center, and go through our videos, eBooks and articles. Once you're confident that you can trade, go ahead and get started. If at any time you need assistance, feel free to reach out to the Fortun500 Customer Care Team or to your Account Manager. We are by your side the entire time and we want you to be successful.
Can I ask my Fortun500 Account Manager to trade on my behalf?
No, as the trading account is in your name and we don't offer Account Management services yet. You are the sole owner of the trading account and all trading decisions need to come from you. Our Account Managers cannot even offer you trading advice, let alone trade on your behalf.
If my trading account has a zero balance, will you close it down?
We'll never close your trading account, zero balance or otherwise, unless you request us to do so in writing.
Does Fortun500 offer Negative Balance Protection?
As a Forex trader, you know that you won't win on every trade you place, but what you don't want to do is end up owing the broker you're trading with money. With Fortun500, you can have complete peace of mind that our Negative Balance Protection scheme will prevent you from owing us money if the markets turns against you.

How do I change between a real and demo account within the traders screen?
In the Fortun500 client area, simply click on My Account Section and then click on the Switch button.
What's the difference between a real and demo trading account?
Nearly everything is the same when it comes to the real and the demo account. The key difference is that the demo account can never fully emulate the conditions of a real-life trading account. The market conditions are not real in a demo account, and the reason for this is that the volumes initiated within a demo account cannot affect the market as these are fake volumes.
How long can I use a demo trading account?
The good news is that Fortun500 demo trading accounts never expire, unlike other brokers who have them expire after a certain period of time.

We'll also require you to send us a document which lists your recent proof of address. We'll also require you to send us a document which lists your recent proof of address. Deposits
What is the minimum amount I can deposit into my trading account?
The minimum we expect from any serious trader and investor is 250 USD/EUR. We do, from time to time, run promotions that allow new traders to deposit less than 250 USD/EUR, but think about it, you're trading as a way to invest in your future. The more you invest, the higher the returns could potentially be.
Are there any deposit bonus offers?
The good news is that you'll receive up to 100% bonus on your first deposit, which is subject to our promotions and bonus terms and conditions. For more information, please contact our Fortun500 Customer Care Team. We're here and ready to help.
Is there any way I'll lose more than the amount I've deposited when I trade?
No, you can't lose more than your initial deposit, but if you turn a profit and trade that profit, you can lose that.
Can you tell me more about the deposit options Fortun500 offers?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers and a host of other deposit options. Make sure to contact our Fortun500 Customer Care Team or to your Account Manager if you'd like to know more about our deposit options and how you can seamlessly use our secure deposit methods to ensure your deposit arrives safely.
Will I get charged a fee when I make a deposit into my trading account?
No, Fortun500 never charges any additional deposit fees.
Why was my credit or debit card declined when I tried to make a deposit?
From time to time some traders find that their credit or debit card has been declined. If this happens, we would highly recommend that you check with your bank whether there is a block on international or online transactions. There's also a chance that the deposit amount you're attempting to make is greater than your credit or debit card balance.
Will you accept my deposit if it's made from someone else's account?
No, we don't. Deposits or payments made from a third party aren't accepted. Deposits into your Fortun500 account should be done from your own bank account, your own credit or debit card, or from your own eWallet.

What are the risks of trading Forex and CFDs?
Due to the nature of the markets and the big amounts of leverage, trading Forex and CFDs involves risk. Read through our full risk warning. The information on our website as well as in our disclosure documents is of a general nature only. It doesn't take into account your personal circumstances, financial situation or needs. You should definitely consider the contents of our Client Agreement, and seek independent financial advice before deciding whether trading high risk financial products such as Forex and CFDs is suitable for you.
What do I need to do to start trading Forex and CFDs with Fortun500?
To start trading with Fortun500, you need a computer or a mobile connected to a high-speed internet connection. You can use your iPhone or iPad, Android mobile device, a Windows-based PC or a Mac to trade. You'll then need to fund your Fortun500 trading account. We strongly advise you to go through our Education Center and understand it completely before you start live trading.
What's leverage and how much leverage does Fortun500 offer?
If you made a small deposit, let's say $250, you can't open a big position on a trade without using leverage. We provide you with leverage and the amount of leverage differs between traders. We can allow you to trade with up to 400 times your investment (400:1). This means that if you have equity of $1,000 (the amount you deposited or the amount you have in your account due to a winning trade), your $1,000 can become $400,000 with leverage of 1:400.
Tell me more about the downside of trading with leverage.
Leverage allows you to open a much larger trading position, but it can also mean that you lose all your invested capital, even if you do implement the various risk management strategies we offer. If the market is extremely volatile, there is a small chance of negative slippage, and if this happens, there's a chance your risk management tools won't kick in when they're supposed to.
Can I change the leverage settings in Fortun500?
No. The leverage ratio is a fixed amount and set by default. If you do want to change the amount of leverage you're trading with, speak with your Fortun500 Account Manager.

What's a spread?
A spread is the difference between the Bid price and the Ask price.
What do the two terms "long" and "short" mean?
When you buy an instrument, you are opening a long position, which means you believe the market price of the instrument will go up. When you are selling an instrument, then you're opening a short position. This means you believe the market price of the said instrument will drop.
